Joran van der Sloot receives prison visits from mystery woman he calls his ‘girlfriend,’ says report
Joran van der Sloot, who’s charged with the Lima, Peru murder of Stefany Flores and is the prime suspect in the 2005 Natalee Holloway disappearance, is reportedly receiving prison visits from a mystery woman.
Due to the charges he faces, van der Sloot, 23, has become a resident of the Miguel Castro Castro Prison in Lima. The National Enquirer reports he has also begun a relationship with a yet to be identified woman.
A source told the Enquirer “She’s a white foreigner with short blonde hair who speaks English and Spanish fluently… Guards as well as prisoners refer to her as ‘the Dutchman’s gringa.’”
In addition, the report indicates that in conversations with cell block mate, Hugo Trujillo Ospana, a Columbian assassin, van der Sloot has called the woman his “girlfriend.”
Sources also note that the woman has been paid by van der Sloot’s mother to bring him supplies in prison, and as a result, a romance blossomed between the two.
