@19 of 77: For planning purposes at HV, there is a fuel matrix (guideline) to take extra fuel in case of circumstances (TS, lowvis., de-icing procedures, etc). Ops will also already include this on the Flt.plan in the fuel to be loaded. On top of that, one can always take some more extra without consequences. So captains discretion.
With RTM winds from 300 with gust48, I guess nearby Eindhoven (rwy 21!) would be quite challenging, to say the least.
