In Nederland is de UDP vastgesteld van SR-15min tot SS+15min.

Bedankt scsirop! Op je eerste link had ik al gezocht, zonder resultaat. De tweede link is zeker nuttig, alleen Duitsland staat er niet op. Het Duitse AIP is, zonder duur abonnement, goed verstopt helaas.
De UDP is iets typisch Nederlands. In de AIP's van andere lidstaten worden enkel de sunrise/sunset tabellen gegeven. Tot kort was VFR nacht in Nederland niet toegestaan, daarom was er de UDP zodat er toch een beetje marge was.
De regels voor nachtvliegen zijn onlangs gestandaardiseerd op Europees niveau (SERA - Standardised European Rules of the Air). Daarin wordt gesteld waar je aan moet voldoen om te mogen nachtvliegen.
Alle AIP's, ook die van Duitsland, staan gratis op de site van Eurocontrol:
European AIS Database - EAD
Je moet wel even zelf een gratis account aanmaken.
