Hier is een overzicht van de selctie procedure bij Netjets. Tevens wil ik er op wijzen dat er nu ook een hele goede link is naar de kennis bank mbt aanname bij verschillende maatschappijen maar zag dit pas nadit ik dit stukje gescheven had. Ik heb het tevens in het engels gedaan ingeval je een engelse collega hebt die het ook zou willen lezen.
Ik plaats het toch maar en zal tzt ook de link naar de aanname eisen bijwerken.

The Day consist of four parts
Individual interview – half an hour
Written English test – half an hour
Written technical test – 20 minutes
Sim session - one hour
For the interview you need to study performance A, JAR-OPS, Jeppesen charts, weather charts, fuel planning, alternates and planning minimums, lvp procedures, speeds during departure, segments and in my case know your aircraft by heart. Study the fuel, electrical, engine, limitations and know the company and the concept of fractional ownership.
They need 400 pilots in the next three years and are looking for a mix of pilot with high and low hours. Low is 1500 and a frozen atpl. They are very nice people and they are not out there to get you but to asses your knowledge and how you react under stress. The panel is based on the flight department and the HR.
Customer service is very important but most of all is flight safety. Take that in to consideration in answering all your questions. They will start with your resume and than they will give you scenario’s related to customer service and will you ask you technical questions on the basis of good cop, bad cop. If you do not know an answer be honest and do not start digging your own hole.
In the room you also will find a large with board with some weather, holding procedures, circling procedures ect. The will ask you about the weather in front of a cold front. Explain the symbols on a Jetstream including CAT. If you do an IFR approach to a field followed by a circling to the opposite runway and you have to make a go around what do you do? During taxi a non dispatch item fails. Do you handle it via the Mel or as an in-flight item?
The Written English test is straight forward. You have half an hour to read trough 18 pieces of text followed by answering 4 questions related to the text on the basis of
A)True B) false C) can't say.
Base you answer on the text and not on external knowledge.
The technical test is based on 25 multi choice and 5 open questions
You need to study the material mentioned above. You may find some of the questions in the Cathay tech book but not all of them. Some were altimeter related; calculate true altitude and some on ice fluids. However this will change. I recommend “ ace the pilot technical pilot interview, by Gary v. Bristow, Perf A, JAR OPS, minima, ice conditions and look at the hold over times and type of fluids.

Depending where you go you will get an EMB 145, B1900, King Air, or a Citation B.
It doesn’t matter. They know you are not rated on this machine so they will look at your basic flying and instrument skills. This is raw data flying so if you have a change do some training, do it. Make sure that any deviations from the flight path are corrected ASAP. Again, they are not out there to get you but will asses your skills and qualities.
You will get a briefing with respect to the Sim and the weather and he will tell you that the next time he is trough the door he will be your able but unimaginative pnf.
The rest is up to you.
Give all your briefings on the ground including your alternate so you do not have to brief them in the air. Make sure that you inform the PNF what to do and brief other related procedures.
Expect a SID, level flight followed by an emergency. This will force you to make some decisions for returning or diverting and everything related to this condition. They are looking for good manual handling, CRM, command skills etc.
