hi mate, thanks for the link. The salaries there were useful, and have pushed me more towards the idea.

There is a lot of info on this site, and I've had some fun reading it. It's helping me learn Dutch too, which is a bonus.

And so far you've all been pretty cool and helpful, so I think I'll stick around (haha, i know i know, sorry).

Can't you follow your ATPL course in the UK? I always thought over there it should be a bit cheaper than in NL, plus you'll have more chances to get hired locally. In NL there's not a whole lot of jobs available for 0 hour pilots, apart from KLM then.
For Biz jet operators they typically ask a couple thousand hours, see NetJets. You'll need to get those hours somewhere...
