Ik heb een Storm McGinley contract mogen ontvangen. Er wordt hierin toelichting gegeven op 'The conduct of employment agencies and employment businesses regulations 2003 and contracters'. (http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2003/3319/contents/made)
"However after prolonged lobbying from various interest groups, the Government adopted a proposal which enables ltd company contractor, such as you, to opt out of the regulations. If you opt out then the Regulations will not apply to dealings between you and us."
Ik dien een keuze te maken voor opting out (hier wordt op aangestuurd) of niet opting out of the Regulations.
Het is me niet overzichtelijk wat de gevolgen van beide opties zijn.
Iemand die hierover wellicht advies kan geven?
