We appreciate that flight training is expensive and raising the funds can prove an onerous task. However, we are keen to enable people with the 'right stuff' - such as aptitude, interpersonal skills and a genuine motivation to work for easyJet - to pursue their career goal. With this in mind, we have developed a well-structured financing solution for successful CTC-easyJet MPL candidates. Our aim here is to clarify your finance needs and outline some funding options available to you.
Don't worry - you will not be required to deposit all of the funds in advance. As you will see from the 'funding required' section of this site, we have developed a deposit schedule which matches the timing of payents to your progress through the training.
Airline Placement Limited (APL), a wholly owned subsidiary of CTC, will sponsor your MPL training. This sponsorship represents a significant investment and exposure to APL. Therefore, you will be required to deposit a security bond, which will be held by APL during your training. Details of what is included and excluded from this sponsorship are given later in this section and will also be clearly laid out in your sponsorship agreement.
