Your current policy will still be insured by Hiscox which means that the terms and conditions of your policy won’t change and our commitment to providing you with superior service remains.
We will provide Millstream with your policy details so they can be in touch in advance of your renewal date. If you do not want Millstream to handle your policy renewal please contact us within 4 weeks on 01206 773 710 and your personal data will be deleted by Millstream. Please note that we will not be able to offer renewal of your policy in these circumstances. Hiscox will continue to retain your information, in accordance with our privacy policy and retention periods.
Please rest assured that for the remaining period of your current policy you can continue to deal directly with us as you have done in the past. From the point of renewal, Millstream will provide a single point of contact for underwriting, documentation and claims handling for all loss of licence insurance business.
