Die was te Johannesburg.
 
The first clip shows a deliberate early raising of the nosewheel. You can see full aft elevator input until the nosewheel comes off the ground then you can see the elevator returned to close to the neutral position.

The second clip looks like a heavy aircraft in "hot and high" conditions. Don't see anything unusual here.

I fly the A340 - our heavy take-offs look very similar.
