Registered Civil Aircraft Outside of the United States; and Rules Governing Persons on Board Such Aircraft (naleving lokale wet- en regelgeving zoals bijvoorbeeld: IFR requirements van o.a. DME/ADF e.d.).
Ter verheldering FAA licenses and Gelijkstellingen (artikel AOPA NL).
"The Pilot in Command (PIC) is according FAR 91.7 responsible to determine the airworthiness of the aircraft"
RMK: non Airworthiness Directive (AD) compliance means NOT airworthy and the maintenance logs are the only place you can know of AD compliance.
Have Fun, Fly Safe and study the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR's)
